Lara Merriken turned an idea sparked on a Colorado mountain hike into LÄRABAR, a whole-food snack brand that grew from her kitchen into a household name. Today, she co-leads Anther Global, a coaching, advisory, and immersive learning company for founders, CEOs, and leaders, and runs a personal coaching practice for individuals navigating their next chapter. Lara holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, and on NPR's How I Built This.
